1930s Glam Townhouse - Foyer

Welcome to Lyons House.  If you remember from this post, (which was over a year ago!)  Lyons House is the home of Eveline Bay.  Eveline is glamorous 1930's starlet.  The studio promotes her as the daughter of a wealthy industrialist but she is actually a small town girl with big city dreams from the mid-west.

The door is answered by Miriam Smith, Eveline's housekeeper/personal assistant (she is Lucinda an Emanjay doll that I got at Minidolls.com)...

The foyer...

 Evening guests?...

Some mail waiting on the sideboard...

The kitchen will be the next stop on the tour...

  8. Jennifer, this is absolutely amazing! I recently caught "dollhouse fever" and I am building my first house - the Strawberry Patch. I like the basic structure of the house but I'm not thrilled with the exterior. I searched on "Strawberry Patch dollhouse kit bash" and this page came up. I am so glad it did! I love what you did to this particular house, but your blog is just overflowing with awesome pictures and ideas. I look forward to seeing more of your projects. Thank you for sharing:)

  10. For smooth finish, one can choose among quality plywood or MDF that adds to durability and strength while holding the over all dollhouse structure in a perfect way.
